Elan Computing (Deutschland) GmbH cares about the privacy of
our applicants, employees, clients and business partners. Therefore
we would like to inform you for which purposes we collect and
process your personal information where necessary:
- to maintain our contractual or business relationship with

- to tell you about the products and services we offer,
- to contact and correspond with you,

Elan Computing (Deutschland) GmbH may disclose your personal
information for these purposes to other Elan Computing
(Deutschland) GmbH entities, affiliates, suppliers, subcontractors
who perform services on our behalf, clients if you are seeking
employment; candidates if you are an employer, an acquiring
organization if Elan Computing (Deutschland) GmbH is involved in
the sale or transfer of some or all of its business, and where we
are otherwise required to do so, such as by court order.
Elan Computing (Deutschland) GmbH collects, processes and
discloses sensitive personal information only if required to comply
with legal obligations or if there is a compelling business reason
to do so, or with your consent. This may include sensitive
data such as data about religion or health, if necessary.
Personal or sensitive data may be transferred outside the EU
to other Elan Computing (Deutschland) GmbH entities/companies and
to third parties on behalf of business management purposes. The
disclosure toward third parties happens solely in compliance with a
legitimate purpose and the data protection regulations.
As Elan Computing (Deutschland) GmbH is a global company, our
data processing centre are partly outside of the European Community
under the controllership of Elan Ltd..It is a matter of course for
Elan Computing (Deutschland) GmbH to ensure an adequate level of
data protection, especially in countries outside the European
community, in compliance with the National and European law, and to
sign appropriate contracts within the global Elan Group and our
affiliates as well as with our clients, customers and contract
partners.
